Zwangu is built by Kuery. Most society software is a billing tool with features bolted on; we built the guard's screen first, then the ledger it feeds, and only then the app residents see.
Every dispute in a housing society ends at a record that was never made: who entered, what the tanker charged, when the bill was paid, who approved the vendor.
If the record isn't created where the event happens — at the gate, at the point of collection — no dashboard can invent it later. That is the design premise of Zwangu, and the reason our accounting is double entry rather than a payments log with a PDF export.
It is also why we are unfashionably specific about Indian co-operative law. Interest on arrears, sinking fund contribution, quorum, notice periods and audit formats differ by state, and a generic “community app” cannot be made compliant by adding fields.
