ZwanguZWANGUGate to Ledger · One App
Management · Co-op · RWA · AOA · Condominium

Run the society like an institution, not a group chat with a treasurer.

Statutory books, collections that don't need chasing, elections that survive scrutiny, and an honest view of whether the corpus can carry the next painting cycle.

Money, in the right order

Billing, collection, defaulters, payments and reconciliation are one chain. Break it anywhere and the audit finds it.

  • Automated billing — all flats, occupancy slabs, water, sinking fund, GST, one bill run
  • Defaulter management — reminders, interest per bye-law, Section 101 notice drafted
  • Manage payments — two-step vendor approval, NEFT batch, TDS deducted
  • Bank recon — feed matched line by line; you only look at exceptions
  • Fixed deposit & interest tracking — rate, maturity, accrued interest, nothing lapses

Funds with a plan attached

Sinking fund and reserves stop being a number nobody questions until the painting quote arrives.

  • Sinking fund computed and reported per your state's rule
  • Capital project planner — painting, lifts, waterproofing costed and phased against reserves
  • Sustainability — an AI view of funds & future requirements: when money runs short, what levy fixes it
  • Material management and vendor contracts tied to the projects they belong to

Governance that holds up at the AGM

Elections, roles and records built around the acts you are actually governed by.

  • Conduct elections — nominations, eligibility from the register, secret ballot, minutes
  • State-wise rules configuration — MCS Act, Karnataka Co-op, AOA and condominium variants
  • Assign external roles — community manager and auditor, each with their own inbuilt access
  • Full control on tenant details — agreements, police verification, expiring logins
  • 360 Worker View — attendance, ID, verification and incidents per worker
Access

The committee holds every key.

Every role in the app exists because your committee minted it, sees only what your committee scoped, and ends the moment your committee says so. Nobody inherits access by being here last year, and nobody — including us — holds a key you did not hand over.

01

Mint the role

Community manager, auditor, returning officer for one election, a managing agent for the year. Created by the committee, against a named person.

02

Scope what it sees

Each role arrives with its access already drawn — the auditor gets books without resident phone numbers, the manager gets the helpdesk without the ability to move money.

03

Watch what it does

Every financial write records who, when, from where and what changed, including the value before the change. Append-only, and it outlives whoever made the entry.

04

Take it back in one tap

Revoking ends the open session too, not just the next login. A treasurer handover is a role change, not a password handed across a table.

What a closed month costs

Nothing can edit it — not the committee, not the auditor, not Zwangu. Corrections post as dated adjustment entries, so a year under scrutiny reads as a continuous trail rather than a tidy one.

What an election keeps, and what it forgets

The returning officer's access opens for the election and closes with the declaration. Dates, nominations, turnout and the result are kept; who voted for whom is not recoverable by anyone, which is the point of a secret ballot.

What Zwangu holds

No standing access to a society's ledger or residents. Support access exists only for the duration of a request you raised, and every access is written to the log you can read.

Where the detail sits

The controls underneath — encryption, row-level scoping, residency and recovery — are on the encryption page, and what the DPDP Act asks of the committee is on the DPDP page.

Handover

Builder to committee, without the missing year.

Projects handed over mid-year arrive with unpaid dues, no opening balance and an amenity list nobody signed off. Zwangu takes the handover as data: unit register, arrears, warranties, AMC contracts and snag lists, imported before the first committee meeting.
