Before you ask

What does the pilot cost us in time?

Roughly six hours of the treasurer's time across the first week, plus one shift per guard. Everything else is on our side.

Can we run it alongside our current system?

Yes, and we recommend it for the first cycle. The gate register runs in parallel on paper too, until your head guard says stop.

What if the committee votes against continuing?

You get a full export — members, ledger, vouchers, gate logs — and we delete your data within 30 days, confirmed in writing. No invoice.

Do you need our audited balance sheet to start?

Only the last trial balance. If your audit is pending we open books on provisional figures and post the audited adjustments as dated entries later.
